This fire alarm quick permit is to "permit work completed without a permit" in the women's shoe area of the Dillard's Department Store. An initial fire sprinkler field inspection found that several fire alarm devices were relocated and additional notification appliances were going to be required to adequately complete this tenant improvement project. Building permit BLD07-02297 is to remodel the women's shoe department area of dillards per approved plans. Work to include, removal of the nonbearing partition between stock room and retail area & all related finishes, new work to include reconstruction of partition between storage and retail area, this wall will be reconfigured to add more shoe sales area to floor, relocate storage shoe racks, install new lighting, and miscellaneous related finish work, This building is fully fire sprinkled ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM AND OR ALARM SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE SEPARATE PERMITS. All sprinklers shall be maintained per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. RmH
