This permit is to add audible visual notification appliances throughout a new tenant improvement area on the 5th floor of the Boise Building. Building permit BLD07-02755 is the interior remodel for a new 15,928 sq. ft. office tenant in the south and southwest area of the 5th floor of an existing high-rise building per approved plans. Work to include new interior walls, new interior doors and windows, interior finish, counters/casework, suspended ceiling work, fire sprinkler and alarm work, mechanical work, plumbing work, and electrical work. A Certificate of Occupancy is to be issued when completed and approved. A separate permit under BLD07-02928 is also attached to these plans for the same tenant in a different location within the building. NOTE: This building will be fully fire sprinklered by March of 2011 per an Upgrade Agreement on file. JCB
