The Underground scope of work includes connecting to an existing 6” C-900 capped line located at the property line, which was provided by others. (United Water) From there run 141’-0” out and up into the 1 hour rated riser room within a new 5,250-ft/2 bldg. The overhead fire sprinkler scope of work includes installing a 4” reduced pressure back flow device & wet riser. A wet tree system will serve through below the ceiling. An antifreeze system will serve the cold attic space and the exterior of the main entry way. The anti-freeze system will be a grid type system. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD07-02677.
