This fire alarm permit is to modify the 4th floor Peds area notification and SLC circuit powered from the 3rd floor NAC booster panel #1 and remote fire alarm control panel #5. The fire alarm work includes relocating and installing notification appliances as required per the new 4th floor TI area plans. Additional work will include replacing non addressable in-duct smoke detectors with addressable, removal of selected in-duct detectors that are no longer required due to area coverage. close fire smoke dampers on general alarm. Building Permit BLD07-02419 is to perform select interior demolition. New construction of non-combustible, fire-resistive walls to create new patient rooms, admin offices, nurse stations, reception, corridors, doors, door hardware and support areas, break/locker room, incidental use soiled utility room, new accessible restrooms and two sleep rooms; suspended acoustical ceiling grid system/drywall soffit mix; electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler and fire alarm systems upgrades and modifications. All per approved plans, current adopted codes and ordinances, to include red-lined notes on plans by plan reviewers and attached plan review comments/conditions of all reviewing agencies of this project. drs
