This fire alarm permit is to modify an existing fire alarm system by adding an addressable expansion module to the FACP. Replace manual pull stations with addressable manual pull stations, install a 24V power supply and install duct smoke detectors and monitor modules. Building Permit BLD07-02335 is to remodel an existing 6,100 sq.ft. nightclub per approved plans and attached engineering. Work to include, addition of approximately 75 sq ft to the existing second floor area, remodel two restrooms located on the second floor to create accessible men's and women's restrooms, installation of new roof top HVAC units and related ducting, to construct new ramp and landing at front street exit, miscellaneous related interior finishes.
