This fire alarm quick permit is connect a new kiosk cooking hood suppression system in to the building fire alarm panel. Building Permit BLD07-02968 is to assemble and install a 9' x 12' self contained kiosk unit in an existing grocery store which will include an electrical food cooking appliance to make potato chips at the front of the store per approved plans. The appliance to have a built in fire suppression system and will have exhaust vent to the roof. Separate electrical, mechanical and fire sprinkler permits required. No connection to plumbing or sewer is required. Work to also include removal of one check stand and display area to accomodate this installation.
