This fire alarm quick permit is connect a new kiosk cooking hood suppression system in to the building addressable fire alarm panel. Building Permit BLD07-02970 is to assemble and install a 9' x 12' self contained kiosk unit in an existing grocery store which will include an electrical food cooking appliance to make potato chips in the public seating area at the front of the store per approved plans. The appliance to have a built in fire suppression system and will have exhaust vent to the roof. Separate electrical, mechanical and fire sprinkler permits required.
