This fire alarm permit is to add new and/or relocate existing speaker strobes in a new tenant improvement area on the 8th floor of the C.W. Moore Building, Suite 800 IDAHO FIRST BANK. Building Permit # BLD07-02975 is to remodel an existing bank office tenant space located on the eighth floor to reduce the size of the existing space and create three tenant spaces in conjunction with BLD07-02976 & BLD07-02977. After this existing 6955 sq ft space is reduced it will be 3,468 sq ft. all work to be per approved plans. Work to include, selective interior demolition of nonbearing partitions and finishes, new work to include expanding the existing one-hour rated corridor and installation of new rated door assemblies, construction of interior partitions to create small conference rooms, office spaces, breakroom, & teller areas, new floor finishes, counters and mill work, relocate existing lighting and diffusers, miscellaneous related interior finishes, This building is fully fire sprinklered ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM and or ALARM SYSTEM, WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMITS, and shall be installed and maintained per NFPA #13. rmh
