This fire alarm permit is phase 1 of an 8 phase upgrade at the Supervalu office headquarters. This phase includes the 2nd floor west area of the building and is to remove existing wall mounted notification appliances and install ceiling mounted notification appliances. Building permit BLD07-02967 is to remodel 17,460 sq ft portion of an existing office space located on the North West corner of the second floor per approved plans. The majority of the work under this permit is to perform interior demolition of nonbearing partitions, ceilings and removal of plumbing fixtures to create open office spaces for installation of re-locatable office cubicle partitions, construction of interior noncombustible partitions to create offices, small conference rooms, installation of new suspended ceiling in selected location and relocation and reduction of existing lighting, relocation of HVAC diffusers and ducting as required relocate and install new exit lights as required. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM AND ALARM SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT. RmH
