The Permitted Work Scope: Overhead & Underground
Underground: Beginning from a 6” C-900 supply line stubbed onto the property by others, run 29’-0” out and sub up into the riser room with 6” ductile iron pipe. The underground work shall be installed and tested in accordance with IFC 2006 & NFPA 24.
Over head Shell Only: Beginning from an existing 6” underground supply in the riser room, install a 6” manifold and two 6” dry pipe risers to serve through out the parking garage area for buildings 2 & 3. The fire sprinkler work shall comply with NFPA 13-2007, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2006,
The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2006, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to permit BLD05-02320.
