Work Scope:
**(Correctional Industries)**(Ste #150) To remodel a 9114 sq ft portion of an existing 45,076 sq ft building. The tenant will occupy approximately 6,627 sq ft on the first floor and 1920 sq ft on the second floor all work to be per approved plans. Work to include, remodel of core area exit access on the second floor to connect tenant space to existing stairway, construction of interior nonbearing non-rated office partition walls, to construct office spaces, conference room, and break room, replace existing ceiling tiles, relocate existing lighting, remove and install two new roof top HVAC units in their existing locations, installation of new ducting and registers, miscellaneous related interior finishes, this building is fully fire sprinklered and contains an alarm system, ANY MODIFICATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM AND FIRE ALARM SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE SEPARATE PERMITS, any modifications to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. The Scope of the fire sprinkler work includes adding 15 and relocating 8 other heads to accommodate the tenant improvement on the first and second floors.
The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2006, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD07-03252.
