Description
The Permitted Work Scope: Overhead & Underground: Western Aircraft - Hangar #6 - To construct a new 20,000 square foot, one story, pre-engineered steel aircraft hangar and related site improvements. This hangar will be used for storage of aircraft only and no maintenance or repair will be done in this building. This building will be fully fire sprinkled. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list.
The UG scope of work begins from an existing 8” C-900 line stubbed onto the property by others. From there, run 55’ out and rise up into a 1 hour rated riser room with in a new 20,232-ft/2 pre engineered steel one story structure.
The OH fire sprinkler scope of work includes installing a complete wet pipe sprinkler system through out the groupie aircraft hanger in accordance with NFPA 13 & 409. The hanger requirements have been modified in accordance with IBC 412.2.6 and the City of Boise. A foam system requirement has been omitted. The fire sprinkler work shall comply with NFPA 13-2007, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2006,
The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2006, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to permit BLD07-01960.

The overhead hydro test passed. The rough-in inspection passed except for two items that jeff is getting back to me on. Item 1 is the 1" earthquake bracing for the 6" main is at a 0 degree angle the second item is the heads that are installed do not appear to match the drawings.
