This permit is to install a new manual and automatic residential fire alarm system, include monitoring of a newly installed NFPA13 D sprinkler system. The manual and automatic fire alarm system requirement is by the State of Idaho, Department of Health & Welfare, and Division of Facilities Standards. The current residential occupancy classification is R-3. The existing fire alarm system is voluntary being modified per Idaho State Department of Facilities requirements. Fire alarm design for these purposes uses the 2002 NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, Chapters 32 and 9. There is no attached building permit.
