Work Scope: (SUPERVALU - PHASE 16) -(1st Floor) (Test Kitchen) To remodel a 6,673 square foot portion of the first floor located in the center of the southwest half of building for office tenant per approved plans. Work to include: [installation of non-bearing partition walls to create three training rooms, one large open office area, one private office, and storage area], repair and relocate existing suspended ceiling and lighting, relocate any diffusers as necessary, this building is fully fire sprinklered for unlimited area any alterations to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
OH Scope:
The Fire Sprinkler scope consists of adding 21 and relocating 5 other pendant heads to accommodate a new wall and ceiling lay out in the Training and Storage rooms. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2006, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD08-00218.
