Work Scope: (PINNACLE SQUARE - STE 130) To construct a 5,162 sq.ft. office tenant in an existing shell building (BLD07-02611) per approved plans. This office building allowed in M-1D zone under CUP99-00166. Work to include construction of two accessible restrooms, installation of a suspended ceiling system, construction of interior partitions, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2006 IBC. PARTIAL PERMIT ISSUED 3/10/2008. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase, any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
The Fire Sprinkler scope consists modifying the existing shell protection by adding 45 down heads to accommodate a new wall lay out. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2006, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD07-00280.
