Each unit is two story, three bedroom and two and one-half with an attached two car garage. There is one type "A" unit at 740 square feet on the second floor, 520 square feet on the first floor and 415 square feet for the garage. There are three type "B" units, each unit is 674 square feet on the second floor, 521 square feet on the first floor and 425 square feet for the garage. There is one type "C" unit at 720 square feet on the second floor, 521 square feet on the first floor and 415 square feet for the garage.
