Work Scope:
(BOISE HIGH SCHOOL - BASEMENT - IT ROOMS) Perform selective interior demolition to facilitate seismic upgrades anchoring the 1st wood structure floor system to the existing unreinforced masonry walls and to reconfigure existing information technologies area by constructing an interior non-bearing wall to reduce information technologies space and create future space for CAD/CAM classroom space. Work includes removal of existing suspended ceiling grid system, select interior demolition of a 4 foot wide perimeter section of existing ceiling finish at bottom of floor joists to prepare for installation of seismic upgrade connections from the floor joists to the perimeter masonry walls; patch and repair at bottom & top of floor joists where disturbed by demolition and installation of new anchor system; upgrade electrical, mechanical, sprinkler and alarm systems as required; new suspended ceiling grid system. OH Scope:
The Fire Sprinkler scope consists of adding 38 pendant heads to accommodate a new wall and ceiling lay out through out the tenant space. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2006, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD08-00428.
