This fire alarm permit is to add audible visual devices to the tenant improvement area. No new initiating devices are being added under this permit scope.

This tenant area after remodel will be 1,688 sq ft per approved plans. Work to include, removal of nonbearing interior partitions, construction of noncombustible partitions to create new office space, small conference room, open office area & server room, installation of new lighting, installation of new counter and sink and miscellaneous related interior finishes, this building is fully fire sprinkled any alterations to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT AND shall be installed and maintained per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
