The Fire Sprinkler scope consists of adding and relocating heads on the first & second floors to accommodate a new wall & ceiling lay out. This modification does not appear to adversely affect the operation of the system The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2006, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD08-00984.

A temporary occupancy was given with Sam Rogers permission until the revised fire alarm plans showing the additional NAC panel have been approved and a field inspection verifies compliance with the new drawings. I tested the new NAC panel and it functioned correctly.
