FIR OH Work Scope:
The Fire Sprinkler scope consists of installing 37 new quick response heads to accommodate a new wall and ceiling layout on the 3rd floor of this six story office bldg. The contractor will be installing max. 3’-0” Flex Head connections where applicable and rigid pipe on all other arm overs. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2006, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD08-01192.
