This fire alarm permit is to provide sprinkler monitoring for the shell building. The restaurant fire alarm requirements will be under a separate fire alarm permit.

Associated building permit: BLD08-00896 Restaurant Shell Building at Spectrum Pointe - To construct a new 8,000 square foot, one story restaurant shell building and related site improvements. The square footage includes the 545 square foot, covered patio area. This building will be fully fire sprinkled. This is a shell permit only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. A separate tenant improvement permit will be required to finish this building for occupancy. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
