FIR OH Work Scope:
The fire sprinkler scope consists of modifying the existing wet pipe system by adding 21 down heads to accommodate a new wall and ceiling layout in the office area. A total of twelve other pendant heads will also be relocated in the Warehouse to complete coverage at the new demising wall. The fire sprinkler system alterations / work shall comply with the IFC 2006 & NFPA 13, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD08-01357.
