This fire alarm permit is to add three notification devices to an existing circuit due to a tenant improvement. No initiating devices are part of this permit scope.

Associated building permit: BLD08-00893 (LIQUID LOUNGE - 8TH STREET MARKETPLACE - BUILDING 405 - FORMER SUITE 121 - RESTROOMS) Fire sprinklers substitute for 1-hr. To construct restrooms within an existing tenant space in preparation for a future assembly tenant. In addition, to install a new exterior door that will serve a future deck that will be constructed under permit BLD08-00894. A compliant landing and threshold on the exterior side of the new exterior door is required to be provided under that permit. Work under this permit is to include a Men's restroom and a Women's restroom accessible to the disabled, an exterior glass door with a compliant landing and threshold on the inside, glass sidelights next to the new exterior door, and interior restroom finishes. This permit is a tenant shell permit. This permit does NOT establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any tenant. A future tenant improvement permit is required to establish occupancy. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
