To construct restrooms within an existing tenant space in preparation for a future assembly tenant. In addition, to install a new exterior door that will serve a future deck that will be constructed under permit BLD08-00894. A compliant landing and threshold on the exterior side of the new exterior door is required to be provided under that permit. Work under this permit is to include a Men's restroom and a Women's restroom accessible to the disabled, an exterior glass door with a compliant landing and threshold on the inside, glass sidelights next to the new exterior door, and interior restroom finishes. This permit is a tenant shell permit. This permit does NOT establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any tenant. A future tenant improvement permit is required to establish occupancy. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
