FIR OH Work Scope: The fire sprinkler scope consists of adding 5 quick response heads to as a result of an annual inspection correction notice. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2006, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is not attached to a BLD permit.
