MODIFICATION 11-28-08: Install and reconfigure notification circuits on the second floor and in the T.I. area

This fire alarm permit is to provide a new NAC extender panel and notification to accommodate a new tenant. No initiating devices are part of this scope of work.

Associated building permit: BLD08-01872 (ZARIAN & MIDGLEY - University Plaza - STE#240) Permit to expand and existing 1,985 square foot tenant space (STE#240) into the adjoining 3,525 square foot tenant space (STE#250). Space will be used for Offices and accessory uses. This use is defined as a B occupancy. Work to include: [construction of interior non-bearing walls to reconfigure offices within the space also to create a 355 square foot conference room], new hardware as needed, new doors, relocating lighting (no new wattage added), relocate ducts and diffusers, and installation of interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **TLW**
