This fire alarm permit is to add a NAC expander card to the existing NAC extender panel located in the 3rd floor Electrical room 308. Permit scope includes re-circuiting existing notification circuits to accommodate a tenant remodel. No initiating devices are part of this permit scope.
Associated building permit: BLD08-00944 (IDAHO HEART CARE & WELLNESS CLINIC - ST ALPHONSUS MOB #6 - STE 200 & 301, PHASE I) To remodel 14,176 sq. ft. on the second floor and 2,268 sq. ft. on the third floor for Cardiac Wellness within the existing medical office suites to rearrange interior layouts, fixturing and finishes. To maintain existing exit system, rated exit & elevator enclosures, enclosure between 2nd & 3rd floor; fire resistive assemblies for Type IA construction; and fire life-safety sprinkler, alarm and egress during the remodel for others occupying the floor.
