(NORTHFACE TI - THE MODE BUILDING - 1st and 2nd FLOOR TI) Permit to remodel 3,431 square foot of the 1st floor and 4,327 square foot of the 2nd floor of the Mode building. Space will be used for Mercantile and accessory storage(S-1). This use is defined as an M and S-1 occupancy. Work to include: [construction of interior non-bearing walls to create two aceessible fitting rooms, two non-accessible fitting rooms, a managers office, and two stockrooms (engineering on file for additional live load)], new hardware as needed, install new H-VAC system including ducts and diffusers, new electrical/lighting, and installation of interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. The fire alarm scope of work is to provide new notification devices to the existing NAC3 circuit.
