This fire alarm permit is to replace all the existing 4-wire notification devices with new, adding a NAC panel, adding a new pull station, and tying in to the existing FACP.

Associated building permit: BLD08-02067 (REDMONT OUTPATIENT) Remodel of 4,675 sq. ft. portion of existing 10,412 sq. ft. building to create a tenant space for Redmont Outpatient Services. Work includes select areas of interior demolition in preparation for new construction. New construction includes interior non-bearing walls to create this tenant space, five private offices, three conference rooms, a break room, accessible restrooms, waiting / reception and support areas, non-rated corridor and new exterior exit doors to serve the large conference room and adjoining areas. Bi-level switching is provided in newly created rooms for energy code compliance. Hi-lo accessible drinking fountains, a service sink and specimen sampling / testing restroom facility are provided.
