BLDG C PLAN MODIFICATION 10-19-09:
This plan modification includes providing modules for synchronizing the audibility between the room notification devices and the building notification devices. This modification also includes implementing as-built devices and previous plan review comments.

This fire alarm permit is to provide a new fire alarm system in a new building. Permit scope includes automatic smoke detection system with full notification, monitoring for HVAC, dampers, and sprinkler system, Elevator recall functions, smoke shutters in the 3rd floor atrium, fire doors, a fire pump, kitchen hood suppression system monitoring, and an emergency generator.

Associated building permit: BLD08-02082 (BOISE RETIREMENT RESIDENCE - BLDG C - WEST SECTION) To construct a new 29 unit 23,254 square foot, three story, I-1, non state licensed, residential care, assisted living facility where all residence will be capable of responding to an emergency situation without physical assistance. This building to be fully fire sprinklered with an NFPA 13-R system as required by the occupancy. This area is separated from the center building (Section A) by a 2-hr. fire wall. Note: This project was reviewed by ICC for energy, structural, nonstructural and accessibility requirements for code compliance. (23 units are less than 800 sq.ft. and 6 units are greater than 800 sq.ft.)
