The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of relocating three sprinklers and adding one new sprinkler. The fire sprinkler scope is as outlined above; however, the building scope is more extensive as outlined below. If additional, sprinklers are required to comply with the additional building scope of work a resubmittal is required.

This new tenant will be 2,587 sq. ft. and require a Certificate of Occupancy before occupying the space.
