This fire alarm permit is to add/relocate/remove horn/strobes and a pull station to the existing fire alarm system to accommodate a tenant improvement. Also included is the removal of a smoke detector.

To remodel a 5,016 square foot restaurant tenant space on the 2nd floor of the "Mode Building" for a new tenant. This space was formerly occupied by "Noodles Restaurant" and by "Dublin Up Irish Pub & Eatery". Work is to include: guardrails to the exterior of the SE sliding glass windows, interior nonbearing walls, floor coverings, a bar, a walk in cooler (stick framed with fiberglass insulation), new lighting, installation of operable partition wall, installation of interior finishes in accordance w/ Ch. 8 of the 2006 IBC, and furniture all per approved drawings, engineering, and plan review report on file.
