This quick permit is to relocate an existing pull station on the 1st floor Comedy Club entrance. No written comments. Assocated building permit: BLD08-02566 (The Mode, East Stairs) SHELL AND CORE. For the addition of new interior stairs to lead directly to the exit on the east side of the building. Work to include the removal of approximately 5 feet of interior non-bearing wall and the existing store front. The new stairs will be constructed from the first story to the second story and the new store front will be installed flush to the building face OK per Sarah Schaefer CZC08-214. Work also to include misc. related interior finishes. No occupancy Is allowed under this permit. The sprinkler system is used as a substitute for one hour construction.
