Description |
The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall configuration. The sprinklers will be relocated based on a one for one replacement.
Hydraulics were not supplied or required since the sprinklers are being replaced on a one for one basis.
**(COACH)** - (BOISE TOWNE SQUARE -SPACE #1164) To remodel an existing 2,550 square foot retail tenant space per approved plans and engineering on file. Work to include: [installation of new non-combustible interior partition walls to create, a unisex accessible restroom, one stock room (378 square feet), and a large sales floor (1,326 square feet)], installation of new flooring throughout, construction of a new storefront system, installation of suspended gypsum ceiling system and related lighting, installation of new mechanical system (grilles, diffusers, ductwork, and new units), miscellaneous related interior finishes, and ten foot tall storage racks in the stock room. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations to the sprinkler system shall be maintained per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department, The smoke evacuation system shall remain operational as originally installed under the 1985 UBC. The design, testing and utilization of industrial steel storage racks shall be in accordance with the RMI Specification for the Design, Testing and Utilization of Industrial Steel Storage Racks.**TLW**
