The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new ceiling and wall configuration. The existing system is a grid. The existing upright protection does not appear to be require changes.

(GAMERS CAVE) For tenant improvements to an unoccupied space with work to include the addition of two new ADA compliant restrooms, a new mop, a high/low drinking fountain the installation of a 90 minute fire door in an existing 2 hour fire wall, infill of half of an existing double door, the installation of approximately 26 lineal feet of tenant demising wall, approximately 82 lineal feet of interior partition wall, new lighting and the addition of an accessible ramp next to an existing loading dock. All work to be done per the approved plans. THIS IS A FULLY SPRINKLERED BUILDING, ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM SHALL COMPLY WITH NFPA #13 AS REGULATED BY THE CITY OF BOISE FIRE DEPARTMENT.
