(Truck Return) The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of a new wet pipe sprinkler system in a new building supplied from a city water main. The system utilizes large drop and regular sprinklers. A portion of the build (between grid lines H-P and 2-8) contains idle pallet storage of 20' high in a 30' high building utilizing a grid layout and large drop sprinklers. Fifteen heads were calculated. Portions of this area will be used to store Group A Plastics Exposed Unexpanded and expanded stored palletized, bin box, shelf, and rack to a maximum storage height of less than 5'-0" based on Ordinary Hazard Group II. The remainder of the building will be used for cleaning out trucks and a truck wash. The protection for this portion of the building is based on extra hazard group 1. There shall be no combustible or flammable liquids in the extra hazard group 1 portion of this build per NFPA 13: 5.4.1.

Truck Return Center - To construct a new 28,350 square foot, one story, pre-engineered metal building and related site improvements. This Truck Return Center building contains a 17, 900 sq. ft. warehouse area with small office and restroom, a 6,700 sq. ft. truck cleanout warehouse and a 3,750 sq. ft. truck wash and equipment areas.
