This fire alarm permit is to provide a fire alarm panel to monitor sprinkler and HVAC devices. This permit scope also includes providing a voluntary manual fire alarm system to include notification, manual stations, and a smoke detector above the panel.

Associated building permit: BLD08-02395 Community Connection - Building B - To demolish and remove an existing single family dwelling and other out buildings; and to construct a new 7,670 square foot, one story, wood framed office building and related site improvements. The tenant is a limited office use consisting of instructional independence learning and physical therapy for handicapped individuals. This building will contain teen rooms, adult room, recreation room, therapy rooms, offices, conference rooms, reception area, restrooms, break room and lunch room. There is a 1,165 square foot, unfinished area for future expansion. The future unfinished area will require a separate tenant improvement permit to finish for occupancy.
