This fire alarm permit is to provide a fire alarm panel to monitor sprinkler and HVAC devices. This permit scope also includes providing a voluntary manual fire alarm system to include notification, manual stations, and a smoke detector above the panel.

The tenant is a limited office use consisting of instructional independence learning and physical therapy for handicapped individuals. This building will contain play rooms, therapy rooms, offices, conference rooms, reception and waiting area, restrooms, break room and lunch room. This building will be fully fire sprinkled.
