For minor tenant improvement to an existing tenant space with work to include the removal of some interior non-bearing partition walls and the installation of new doors, sidelites and storefront elements and misc. related interior finishes. All work to be done per the approved plans. THIS IS A FULLY SPRINKLERED BUILDING, ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE EXISTING SPRINKLER SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT AND SHALL COMPLY WITH NFPA13 AS REGULATED BY THE CITY OF BOISE FIRE DEPARTMENT.
