(ST. ALPHONSUS - R.M.C North Tower 3rd Floor - Cath Lab Remodel) This permit is to renovate an existing Cath Lab with in an existing building. Approval per approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of old scanning equipment, reinforcing building to accommodate new Cath Lab scanning equipment, installation of new ceiling, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **TLW**
