The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of relocating sprinklers and adding sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

(MAURICES) This is a fully sprinklered building. For interior improvements to an existing lower level tenant space within the Boise Town Square Mall. Work to include the removal of the existing fitting rooms and construction of new fitting rooms in the same area, relocation of existing light fixtures, installation of new lighting, relocation of some supply and return air ducting, and related misc interior finishes. The existing store front is to remain. THIS IS A FULLY SPRINKLERED BUILDING, ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT AND SHALL COMPLY WITH NFPA13 AS REGULATED BY BOISE CITY FIRE DEPARTMENT.
