The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration. The piping is apparently a gridded system with 1 ¼" branch lines. The work is located on the second floor.

(BROWN MACKIE COLLEGE) This building is fire sprinklered. For interior improvements to an existing tenant space with work to include the removal of interior non-bearing partition walls and construction of new non-bearing partition walls to create 4 new classroom areas. Two new roof top HVAC units, new lighting, a folding partition wall and related misc. interior finishes will be installed. All work to be done per the approved plans. THIS IS A FULLY SPRINKLERED BUILDING ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM, REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT AND SHALL COMPLY WITH NFPA13 AS REGULATED BY THE CITY OF BOIS FIRE DEPARTMENT.
