This fire alarm permit is to add new notification devices for a third floor tenant improvement. Devices to be added to existing NAC panel located on the second floor. No initiating devices are part of this permit scope.
Associated building permit: BLD09-00427 (STEVENS-HENAGER COLLEGE - 3rd Floor) New 7,486 sq. ft tenant on the third floor in an existing vacant shell space for use as a vocational school. The core areas of this floor were finished under the shell and core permit (BLD06-01621). Sprinklers were used for height and story increase. This tenant space will include administrative offices, two learning centers, three vocational labs, a open study area, a vocational nurse lab, and a server room.
