This Office tenant space has a total of 982 square feet and will consist of three offices and a reception area with work to include: wall construction for office separation, installation of acoustical suspended ceiling, HVAC/mechanical work, electrical work, and misc. interior finish work. The core areas of this floor were finished under the shell and core permit (BLD06-01621). Sprinklers were used for height and story increase. This building is fully sprinklered. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA13 as regulated by the Boise City Fire Department. **SRZ**
