Adding four new sprinklers with flex heads and QR sprinklers to an existing gridded system with 1 1/4" branch lines. Relocating two sprinklers. Changes are being made to accommodate new wall and ceiling configurations.

(Milliman - suite 510) For minor tenant improvements to an existing tenant space with work to include the reconfiguration of an adjacent space to increse the square footage of suite 510 by approximately 1200 sq.ft. making the remodeled tenant spac appproximately 4437 sq. ft., including the mechanical room. The reconfiguration will be done with the use of the existing modular wall system, istalled per the approval letter attached to the plan. The break/kitchen area will be relocated. THIS IS A FULLY SPRINKLERD BUILDING, ANY ALTERATION TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM WILL REQUUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT AND SHALL COMPLY WITH NFPA13 AS REGULATED BY THE CITY OF BOISE FIRE DEPARTMENT. CDM
