Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to infill two openings in an existing wall, installation of new lighting, relocating ducts and diffusers, new doors and hardware, new accessible sales and service counter, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **TLW**
