This fire alarm permit is to provide a new NAC panel, three new smoke detectors, replace two existing smoke detectors with new, and provide notification for the tenant upgrade.

Associated building permit: BLD09-00348 (SAINT LUKE, 3-S CATH LAB II T.I.) To perform select interior demolition on the third floor and in the ceiling of the second floor to prepare for installation of new radiographic equipment & control area with update to support Anteroom and Equipment Room of the existing 3rd floor Cath Lab II. Work includes infill of existing openings with lead-lined sheetrock, new interior finishes, suspended ceiling and light fixtures; new structural attachments for ceiling supported equipment; reinstallation of utilities and fixturing removed at second floor ceiling to allow equipment installation; install new portion of medical gas lines & outlet connections; modification to sprinkler system for raised ceiling; alarm upgrades & special inspection for concrete anchors.
