(COMSYS - Forest River IX - STE#200) Permit is to split one 3,302 square foot tenant space into three smaller tenant spaces, this space is 2,050 square feet. Approval per approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing / non-combustible wall to isolate this tenant space off from the adjacent tenant space and create a corridor to a new exit door (less than 30 in corridor no rating required), new 20 min exit door / associated hardware, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **TLW**
