This fire alarm permit is to provide sprinkler monitoring for the truck return out building. Also included are NAC panels for voluntary notification as well as pull stations. Devices to be added to the existing fire alarm panel located in the main building.

Associated building permit: BLD09-00172 WinCo Distribution Center - Truck Return Center - To construct a new 28,350 square foot, one story, pre-engineered metal building and related site improvements. This Truck Return Center building contains a 17, 900 sq. ft. warehouse area with small office and restroom, a 6,700 sq. ft. truck cleanout warehouse and a 3,750 sq. ft. truck wash and equipment areas. NOTE TO INSPECTOR: The out-building addressable devices must have the building name in the point description. This is to ensure the quickest response for the fire department in the event of an alarm at the site since all of the buildings will list as the same address. This has been confirmed via a phone conversation with Mike at Alarmco on 6/23/09.
