The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding sprinkler protection under a mezzanine. The mezzanine and fire protection was relocated from another facility. The sprinkler heads will be replaced with new sprinklers. The sprinkler protection is designed for an ordinary hazard group II per NFPA 13: Table 13.2.1. The storage is class IV commodity, pallet, bin box and shelf. There is to be no racks, tires or plastics storage

(AIR VAN) Permit to expand existing tenant by 30,000 sq. ft. into adjacent warehouse area and install additional racking (Original TI permit is BLD08-02167). Space will be used for warehouse and accessory uses. This use is defined as an S-1 occupancy.(Original Shell permit is BLD08-01253) Work to include: construction of a chain link fence to establish tenant border and installation of additional storage racking as shown on plans. The design, testing and utilization of industrial steel storage racks shall be in accordance with the RMI Specification for the Design, Testing and Utilization of Industrial Steel Storage Racks. (Special inspections on the anchor bolts are required per ICC/ESR 1917) This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **TLW**
