Approval per approved plans on file. Work to include: [construction of interior non-bearing walls to create two offices and a conference room], Demo interior non-bearing walls to combine spaces, modifying existing 1 hr. corridor / constructing new 1 hr. corridor wall, relocating existing lighting, relocating ducts and diffusers, new doors and hardware, new accessible sales and service counter, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **TLW**
